T-shirt printing with linocut
In this workshop, we'll first design our own motif, which will ultimately be used to decorate our T-shirt. Then we'll get down to the craft: we'll work on the linoleum plates with various knives, choose our colors, and then print the shirts.

Vision board - visualize your future
First, participants create individual mind maps, drawing a map of the things that are currently important to them in life. Then, each person chooses one important point from this mind map to work on and visualize during the session. Suitable images are selected from magazines and on the computer, which are then arranged into a collage to create a picture. This can then be hung at home and serve as a daily reminder of their wishes and goals.
